Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Digital Products
1. No General Right of Return for Digital Content
As our offerings consist exclusively of digital products, there is no general entitlement to a refund once the download has begun or access to the content has been granted. This applies in particular if the customer has expressly agreed during the ordering process that the provider may begin fulfilment of the contract before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, and has acknowledged that this waiver results in the loss of the right of withdrawal (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
2. Exceptions / Goodwill Refunds
A refund may be granted as an exception under the following circumstances:

The purchase price was accidentally paid more than once (duplicate purchase),

The customer demonstrably cannot access the content and no technical resolution is possible,

An online seminar is cancelled or postponed by us and no alternative date can be offered.
3. No Refund for Non-Attendance
No refund will be issued for missed live online seminars or training sessions if the event takes place as scheduled.
4. Procedure for Refund Requests
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team with a brief description of the issue (via email or contact form). Each request will be reviewed individually within 7 business days.
